From their awakening of the evil, to their six foot drop from ladders they kept the audience at the edge of their seats with their interpretation of Marylin Manson's "Sweet Dreams". They finishedin 4th Place at the TECA State Finals.

The 1998-99 Marching season was an extremely rewarding one for the guard. They won the Outstanding Color Guard Trophy at the Laredo Marching Festival and came in Second Place at the Crossroads Marching Festival. The repetoire included: A Mis Abuelos/Barcelona, Concierto de Aranjuez, and Malaga

Summer Camp 98-99
|
The year started out great with three members of the guard winning every award that was offered at the Marching Auxilaries Camp held at The University of Texas at San Antonio. They won the Outstanding Home Routine, Grand Champions, and the Spirit Stick. In Addition, all three were named to the All- American Team and were invited to perform at the Aloha and Citrus Bowls plus a Parade in Ireland.
